Herland Sister Resources

Join us at Herland on Saturday, December 16 and Saturday, January 20, at 1 pm for Scrabble and more!  Bring your own game or play one of ours. 

Let’s have some holiday fun with a potluck dinner and dirty Santa party on Saturday, December 16, at 6 pm.  Bring a food item and a white elephant gift from around the house or buy a gift for no more than $5-$10 tops.  We’ll draw numbers and each person in order will pick an unopened gift or steal an opened gift from a person with a lower number.  If someone steals your gift, you can pick another unopened gift or steal an opened gift from another person, but not the person who stole the gift from you.

Start the new year off right with a potluck dinner and games at Herland on Monday, January 1, at 1 pm.  Herland will provide a pot of chili and a couple of the traditional side dishes.  Show your support for Herland with a $5 suggested donation.

Join the Herland folks on Monday, January 15, to show your support for Dr. King’s dream of equality and justice for all.  The theme for this year’s parade is “Voting our Values and Valuing our Votes.”  Meet at noon at Herland to carpool and help carry our Herland banner in the parade.  Call Ginger at 942-1535 for more info.
